How do I connect with other members?

Connecting is easy! Once you've joined the Slack channel, start by introducing yourself in the #Introductions channel. We also encourage you to participate in some of our public discussions in the #HireMe #Collab #Random channel and more! Want to start off with a direct message? Feel free to slide into someone’s DM’s on slack and say hi.

How do I search for other members?

Head to the Clout Collective memberships directory. Search for your favorite brands and connect with the professionals that work there. Make sure to build out your own profile in the memberships directory to make yourself discoverable.

How do I find out about upcoming events?

There are several ways to hear about upcoming events. Head to the events page on our site to see upcoming events. Check out the events widget in your memberships portal. Head to the slack channel #Monthlycalls to see what new calls are on the horizon.

How do I review past calls?

Past calls can be accessed from your memberships portal. Feel free to review previous digital learning days and listen in on past panel discussions.

Can I use this network to find a new job or clients?

Absolutely! Whether you are looking for a full time gig, part time or a freelancer looking for new clients. These channels are a gold mind for new opportunities. Are events open to everyone?

Majority of our events are only open to active Clout Collective members. Occasionally, we also host invite-only events.

How do I join the Slack channel?

You should have received an email inviting you to the Slack channel after successfully completing your membership payment. If you didn't receive the invite, please email us.

How do I cancel my membership?

We partner with Stripe to secure your payment data. You can access your subscription here to cancel your plan. You will still have access to your account until the end of your billing cycle.

How do I update my billing information?
